Send us your completed sponsor tracking spreadsheet — the one included in the Blueprint. We want to see that you built a contact list and sent outreach. We're not counting emails or grading your effort. We just need to know you genuinely used the system.
What if I raised some money but not $3,000?
If you followed the system and fell short, you qualify for the refund. That said — if you raised $1,800 from your first season of outreach, you're already ahead of most programs. Come back next season with your warm leads already in the spreadsheet and you'll blow past $3,000.
How long do I have to claim the guarantee?
The guarantee covers one full season of outreach. If your season ends and you didn't hit $3,000, reach out within 30 days of your last home game.
Does the fan shirt fundraiser count toward the $3,000?
The $3,000 threshold is for sponsorships specifically — not fan shirt sales or gift card donations. We want to make sure the core sponsorship system is working for you.
What if I'm in a very small town with fewer businesses?
The system works in small towns — some of the best sponsorship results come from tight-knit communities where local businesses genuinely want to support youth programs. If you're genuinely in a market where $3,000 isn't achievable, reach out before you buy and we'll be honest with you.
